I live in Denmark – you know – that little kingdom over in Scandinavia… In this series, I would like to introduce some of my favorite Danish designers, that will hopefully inspire your wardrobe and style. When it comes to fashion, Danes are known for simplicity, clean lines and great quality.
The first designer that I will introduce to you is Stine Goya. This ex Chanel model studied fashion at Central St. Martins in London and created her own fashion line in 2006. Already, she is one of the most popular Danish designers internationally.
About Stine Goya
Taken from her website www.stinegoya.com
Stine Goya combines beauty and drama in edgy collections for the daring
individual. Collections that don’t adhere to current trends but seek authenticity and renewal, grounded in a continual identity with a distinct visual expression.
This is an expression that appeals to the independent female, whose personal style is an articulation of self.
A person who revels in beauty and intense surroundings, she self-assuredly combines clothing to express herself and her character. Stine Goya’s universe extends a modern framework for this individuality.
Stine Goya Designs
Here are some looks from Stine’s collections which are truly different and inspiring. Very theatrical and feminine, in the most wonderful quality.
Get the look…
Going out Stine Goya style requires an oversized dress, that will give your look an effortless feel. Throw on a scarf to make it more edgy and personal, and a pair of booties, to make it feminine!
Stine Goya is all about softness in her choice of color. Pair a piece that stands out, like this colorful skirt, with neutral pieces to get just the right day look, that is perfect for any lunch date!
What do you think?
Do you like Stine Goya’s designs? Something you would wear?
