Cotton has been around for the longest time and it is considered to be one of the best materials for clothing. It’s because of its light weight, durability and most importantly, comfort. Summer is the best season to wear cotton, and we can see a lot of cotton dresses around. When it comes to summer, my mind automatically takes me to maxi dresses, shades, flip flop, straw hats, sunscreen and a full day at the beach.
Personality
Everybody knows that your personality determines your fashion style. Same goes to the trick of choosing the right dress. If you have a happy go lucky and bubbly personality, go for floral or animal prints. Not only will it enhance your positive energy, it will also give out a good vibe to others. This Victoria’s Secret sweetheart dress is a fine example. It’s sexy, fun and flirty.
However, if you’re more calm and shy, then go for the plain ones. Going plain doesn’t mean that you have to look boring. There are so many pretty looking dresses out there, like this one…
Occasions
Having a wardrobe malfunction is definitely a fashion disaster we want to avoid. So, make sure you know what you get yourself into. Are you going for a BBQ party at your boss’ mansion, a simple hang out at your BFF’s apartment or a romantic stroll down the beach with your man? Make sure to pick your cotton dress right and feel comfortable in it, you don’t want to show up with red cheeks, do you?
Budget
Choose your dress based on your budget. There’s no reason to get something you will regret later. With so many choices available out there, you can find your perfect dress in all different price ranges. Remember ladies, to look great you don’t necessarily have to burn a hole in your pocket!
So, the message of the day is to be free and enjoy your summer because out is the sun, out is the fun!
