To some of you it may be early, but the Christmas parties have already started here in Denmark and will continue well into January! Next Friday is my first 2010 Christmas party, held by the company I work for, making it the event of the year work-wise!
For me it means it’s time to pull out my Helmut Lang LBD, which I am going to make Christmasy, by accessorizing it with gold jewelry!

As this is the office Christmas party I find a elegant and classy look to be just right. This little black dress can be dressed up or down. It can be worn to many different events, both during the day and night! I love the quirky, modern twist and the fact that it is still classic! For a Christmas party, I like adding gold accessories to make it more holiday-appropriate. Plus, the dark purple Chanel 509 nail polish which I just got from my lovely friend Maria for my birthday, will make the whole look a little edgier!

Totally agree.
Nothing’s worse than wearing a teeny-tiny dress with lots of leg and cleavage to a party where your boss and colleagues are.
